The property grounds were well-maintained, the house was immaculate (kudos to your cleaners!) and the sunsets were incredible. The Bay was lovely, peaceful and quiet - with the added attraction of American White Pelicans to entertain us! The house was very comfortable. We have just a few suggestions: it would be nice to have a stock of plastic wrap, aluminum foil, zip-loc bags in the kitchen. The ice maker did not work, and there was only 1 ice-cube tray. Check in and check out instructions were very clear and we had no problems. It's a little further down the road than we thought. Wish there was some other access to the water. It fit our family of 8 comfortably. Communication with the property manger was great. The neighbor was nice. The sunsets over the lake were spectacular. What a beautiful property. It was super clean and the furnishings were comfortable and relaxing. It’s located right on the bay so the views were breathtaking! It was a pleasure speaking with Josh, her property manager, prior to our arrival and he walked us through check-in and out procedures, as well as how to work the house. The location was beautiful, property manager was completely on top of things and very accommodating and the neighborhood very friendly. The house was very clean and had everything you need. The only thing that was disappointing were the beds. Very uncomfortable. May need to invest in new mattresses for all beds! Besides that and excellent stay. ##### Julie K.
