“The property looks exactly like in the pictures! It was very clean and had lots of cute pictures and decorations! The backyard is fenced in and private which was great for our dog. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and chocolates on the counter along with a note and a phone number if any questions. We were only there for 2 days to attend a Memorial service but if you have more time there they provided bikes and kayaks just like in the picture and lots of brochures with things to do in the……

“I can’t say enough amazing things about this property. My husband and I stayed here with our two small dogs and had the best time. We loved that it overlooked the beach. The breakfast every morning was the best home cooked meal I’ve had in a long time. My mom recently passed away and I haven’t had a home cooked meal since so this healed something inside me! Thank you Ann and Kim, we can’t wait to come back and stay again!! ”

“This a wonderful place to stay. The apartments are comfortable and so close to the ocean you can hear the waves from the room. Staff is fabulous. This place has lots of funky charm. I'll definitely be staying there again.”

The house and neighborhood are from the mid 50’s and it shows even though it’s very clean with an updated floor. The walls are thin and the windows are old single pane glass slats that open, but no screens…you will hear everything from inside and out. Bonus you can sometimes hear the waves in the predawn hours. “Clean comfortable ground level condo for our one month stay. Kitchen well appointed but could use a frying pan. Beds are comfortable in both bed rooms as was the sofa with plenty of pillows to choose. Two bathrooms were great with ample fluffy towels, even had pool/beach towels. The heated pool and hot tub kept clean, with adequate seating. Other " snowbirds" were friendly. Loved the view of small pond and watching the water fowl from the porch. “All was good. Sink drain didnt drain well. Every time i used shower, water went all over floor. Almost slipped and fell on floor. Floor towel was soaked and floor was wet. Started using extra towels on floor. Everyone was real nice. ”

“Ok,it has to be said the property is a little dated. If you're looking for the most up to date features, this one is not for you. BUT. The property is wonderfully maintained, well appointed, comfortable, and the view from the balcony was stellar.Lots of room, beach amenities stored in the closets fro you to use, a wonderfully comfotable memory foam bed, a well appointed kitchen, TVs in the living room and the bedroom. The shower water pressure was a little weak is my only real complaint.……
