“We came to visit Brown University, and this place was absolutely perfect in terms of location. The room was spacious and spotless, with everything we needed in both the kitchen and bedroom. “Our group spent a fantastic 4 nights here. Beautiful deck with a world-class view. Extensive amenities in the kitchen. The kayaks and fishing poles were appreciated. Very private - feels like the lake is there just for you. The deck can get a lot of sun but the overhang next to the guest house is convenient for anyone who gets overheated. Having an ice maker available with a large group was definitely appreciated. This place is fantastic and we're already planning our next trip down!”

Frank the owner came out to greet us and show us the ropes. What a truly amazing couple him and his wife were. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. My family came out to visit and even they couldn’t believe how amazing this spot was. There’s an outdoor fridge and grill so you don’t want or need for……
