Easy to access via tram/train/bus, and supermarkets and restaurants are all within walking distance. The room is in classic homey design, clean and well equipped with basic cooking equipment, also a floor fan is provided. The check-in instructions are very clear and easy, and I’m always greeted by friendly staff time to time.”

Let's start with the good: Heidelberg is charming and BoardingWorld is well located, with main attractions within walking distance. The room felt fairly spacious and comfortable and the building had charm. We had a shared balcony overlooking a pleasant backyard. “Stay was okay, really just a place to sleep and cook a basic meal, no place was set up to hang out or lounge. Okay for couple with kids. Was nice to have an option to purchase snacks and drinks onsite. Vrbo states English, but all communications were in German. Close to home owner who goes to sleep at 9pm, and there is a charge for everything… sauna, extra towel, parking, bikes…so be aware. No self check in, so you will need to set a time to check in.”
