“Pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Room was large and very clean. We paid extra for a room with a terrace and a view and wished we had just gotten a basic room. The room was on the first floor and traffic noise from the street below made the terrace unpleasant. We also were at the far end and there was very little water view. Hotel location is good - quick walk to old town and also close to a nice walking path by the water. Free parking in a lot a block behind the hotel. Breakfast was……

“Der Empfang war nett und der Parkplatz wurde uns gleich zugewiesen. Das Hotel ist schon älter, sehr hohe Zimmer, mit leichtem Reparaturstau. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und die Auswahl riesig. Leider konnten wir nie auf dem Balkon frühstücken, es waren immer schon alle Tische reserviert mit Schlüßeln. Die Bar mit dem Aufenthaltsraum ist ganz in Ordnung, aber leider erst am Abend offen. Da entgeht einiges an Umsatz. Die Aussenanlagen leider ohne Worte. Lovran ist eine nette Stadt und wir waren……

“What a fantastic receptionist! A warm friendly welcome makes all the difference The standard rooms are located in the roof with dorma windows. Sea view perhaps should be described as sea side as alot of trees look like they obstruct view. Very comprehensive buffet breakfast with outdoor garden seating when weather permits. Very close to beach and pleasant walk via prom to centre. 2 negatives: they charge 15 euros a night to park when local car park (300 meters away)and on street is free plus……

“Wir hatten glücklicherweise ein neues Mobilhome. Das war sehr schön. Es war allerdings überfüllt. Eine Frechheit war, dass alle am Pool mit Handtüchern reserviert haben ”
