“Franchement c’est un hôtel qui mérite pas le prix qu’on a payé pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain et celui de la chambre est nul il se chauffe lui même la télé n’avait pas beaucoup de chaîne et il y avait pas des draps en plus .”

“Slight feel of faulty towers. Not a 4 star. The carpets are the most remarkably odd and deteriorated thing I've seen in a hotel for a whille; strange tinges of colours look about 10 years past their shelf life”

“Hotel constantly tries to upsell - get spammed with emails before arrival about add ons. Was told at reception on arrival at 1.30pm that the room was ready, but hotel policy was that I couldn’t be given the key until 3pm. Asked for luggage storage and was directed to take my suitcase down a flight of stairs and then had to pay a further fee for luggage storage. Unfriendly staff - there are better options around, so don’t bother here.”
