“Old world charm with an influx of recycling. If you want a five star modern hotel type your in the wrong place. If you want a peaceful cosy comfortable place with comfortable beds and a secure garden for your well behaved dog your in the right place. Lots of interesting decorative items and up cycled furniture. Very good access to the sea front and good dog walks. Friendly neighbours. Good host.”

“Quiet location in a well kept grounds. All staff appeared friendly and electric car charger available was a bonus. Was disappointed with Hot tub as had to buy additional wood at £10 a bag which was not stated. Also uncomfortably warm at night. They did provide a fan but no air con, we did travel during the Summer heatwave and was really difficult to sleep. Shower also had a unpleasant smell. Overall we had a great time in a good location close to multiple nearby beaches.”

“We were greeted by host who made some fairly disparaging remarks aimed at me as a woman driver which was less than welcoming. The photos provided were flattering and host instructions draconian especially regarding the heating - if additional heating required over and above the 30 minutes in the morning and similar in the evening you had to request it from the host. Nice location but would not book it again.”

“Enjoyable stay , lovely and clean , lovely host and easy to get hold of . Would recommend people to stay here we would again .”

“Lovely unit, spotlessly clean , even has a coffee maker and airfryer. ideally situated for withernsea, bus stop on site and 2 mins from beach , highly recommended to families or couples, we took our dog and he loved it. Site has indoor leisure centre, pub, cafe , shop and amusements”

“Had such high hopes for this place, based on the images and location, but was so disappointed when we arrived. Genuinely considered leaving and paying to go elsewhere. Host was really great with communication and checking in, but wished we knew before booking that you actually stay at the scratty end of their property, with all the chicken coops and sheep. Property was much more outdated than on the pics and cupboards were dirty. On the plus side, the beds were comfy. I've never been more……

“Very good 2 bedroom & bathroom apartment in centre of Hull. Very clean and modern with separate rooms for privacy. Communication and access very good and easy. Short walk to lots of restaurants and bars in town.”

“Lovely place - well equipped, and very responsive host! Very quiet and relaxing - great chance to unwind while also having the coast and Hull nearby to explore.”
