“Very clean room…never saw anyone or heard from anyone woke on the property…very quiet”

“The room was clean and the staff was nice”

“Great stay.”

“I’ve been to this property twice now. This is motel off of the highway, but it’s grade separated so the road noise isn’t an issue. The property has free parking and WiFi. Upon entering the room there is newly added pine-looking cabinet, place to put luggage, and table. The bed is a bit lumpy, but still can sleep through it. In the winter time there is a hvac room unit but I didn’t use it. The sink is outside - retro color. I haven’t seen anywhere else with a stainless steel Kleenex box affixed……

“Very cool history and character in this place. Worth a visit to step back in time and get a feel for how it was in the guilded age.”

“The property was beautiful , quiet and serene. Definitely will return. Lovely place for pets.”

“This is a nice property nestled in the greenery of Pollack Pine. It is perfect place to unwind after a busy day of outdoor activities.”

“Absolutely lovely grounds, and Gordon was so kind and helpful. A place with so much love and thought put into it!”

“Beautifully designed home. We’ve stayed there twice and plan to return.”

“We had an amazing family getaway at this beautiful four-bedroom cabin! You can tell how thoughtful the host is by all the small details and amenities provided—it really felt like a home away from home. The location is ideal: super convenient to Safeway for groceries, and close to Sly Park, local wineries, and Lake Tahoe. Service dog welcomed. Communication was seamless and prompt throughout our stay. Highly recommend booking this place!”

“Place was good for the price. Things were kind of broken and the carpet was stained but I expected that. The sheets and towels were laundered and it was clean so that's what maters. The gal at the front was also super sweet and the motel was right off the highway for easy access!”

“This was a great place to stay during our little vacation to apple hill. The check-in was super easy and smooth. They even gave us a welcome bag with a bottle of water and granola bar. Would definitely come back again.”

“Fantastic old hotel. Very clean and staff was amazing”
