🔞 You must be 25 years of age to book condo. ID must match name on rental agreement.
📝 Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.
🧺 Condo comes with basic essentials such as linens, bath towels, hand towels, hair dryer, etc.
🧴 The following STARTER SUPPLIES are provided:
🔹 One roll of toilet paper for each restroom
🔹 Bar of soap per bathroom
🔹 One travel sized shampoo per bathroom
🔹 One travel sized conditioner per bathroom

❌ We DO NOT provide maid service or restock linens during your stay.
🧳 We recommend that you bring your own beach towels, sunscreen, etc. with you or you can purchase these items from one of the many local grocery stores upon arrival.
🐶 PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
🦮 Service animals must remain with the guest at all times and cannot be left unattended inside the unit.

🚮 Trash can be brought to the dumpster provided on the property.
🚫 NO parties/events. NO smoking/vaping allowed - this includes inside the unit and outside on the balcony.
🚗 Parking passes are $50.00 / two passes (included in cleaning fee).
🆔 A parking pass MUST be displayed in your vehicle(s) while on the property.
🔹Your parking pass will be waiting for you in the condo.
🔹Assigned parking is directly below the condo (right side of building close to the bay. Space number 113).
🔹Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice.
⛵ If you are bringing a boat, you must have a sticker and this must be purchased in advance.
🔹WE NEED AT LEAST 48 HOURS prior to your arrival to arrange the boat sticker.
🔹Cost is $25.00 per stay and payment is due prior to your arrival. You must have a key to the gate to launch.

If you're looking for a casual stroll, you're in luck! The condo is within walking distance to many restaurants, shops.

🚲 Biking:
The Lagoon Run complex itself is likely walkable or bikeable, especially if you are staying in a central location.
You can rent bikes from a nearby shop and explore the area at your own pace:

🔹Pedego Electric Bikes Orange Beach: Tues - Sat: 9am-5pm
🔹Infinity Bicycles: M-F: 10am-6pm | Sat: 10am-4pm | Sun: 12pm-4pm

Having a car will give you the most flexibility to get around.
You can drive to explore other parts of Orange Beach, as well as neighboring towns like Gulf Shores and Perdido Key.

This is a wonderful property. Great location with the pool in view and the bay. Everyone loved fishing off the pier and catching crabs. Be sure that the dryer is checked and fixed before drying anything other than towels. The dryer ruined numerous pieces of clothing including bathing suits and shorts and panties. Other than that, the stay was perfect.
