“The basic amenities were lacking. Not enough blankets and towels provided. Host response to issues not helpful. Apt cleaning issues not explained or resolved. Dirty bed sheets and a large bag left outside of the apt never claimed or removed. Attempts to directly communicate with host via email obstructed by VRBO software blocking email exchanges and photo attachments within application. “We loved our stay at the Hanok house! Really cool to stay in a historic property on our visit, plus it was so cozy. The outdoor courtyard was a major plus - doubling the living space. The bathroom is across the courtyard but we had no problems with that, day or night. The surrouding area was amazing - a beautiful walking path with views of the city above, soooo many great local restaurants below. Quiet and clean. Would DEFINITELY return. ”
