“I feel that my say at residhome was just ok.
Reception was lovely and greeting was prompt.
mattress and bedding were good.
The room felt a bit like a hospital room, really bright white lights, bathroom shower gel was empty, toilet seat cover was broken.

It was convenient to stay there while visiting my daughter at university but would have preferred to stay at the Westin if it was not fully booked.

“An ideal property which was only five minutes from Chateau Rouge metro station and only two stops from Gard du Nord. Staff excellent and our studio apartment was maintained to a very high standard. Would highly recommend as a base for exploring. Sacre- Coeur was very close by and well worth a visit.”

“We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. ”

“Location was great but it had no windows to open or air conditioning. Was up to 90 degrees outside when we stayed and the apartment was very humid and hot. Had one small fan that was very weak.”
