“Our visit was planned to join family who were camping nearby. We requested a twin room and was very disappointed to be given a disabled room although clean was very basic. Breakfast order was requested and a time at which to eat it even before given keys to our room. I can understand that if the breakfast was served on arrival. Plas Glynllifon is an extraordinary place to stay. The building is genuinely impressive, full of history and character, and staying there feels very different from a conventional hotel.
The welcome was friendly, the room was comfortable and breakfast was good. The setting is also excellent for exploring this part of North Wales.
