“Manager was excellent and very helpful in every way ”

“One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We booked their most expensive suite — supposedly their best — and it was a letdown from the moment we walked in. The fridge was broken. The room was missing basic amenities you’d expect at this price point. Tea was served only when we asked for it, and the cookies that came with it were stale. The restaurant was somehow worse — you place an order and the waiter simply disappears. Not once, not twice, but repeatedly. We’d sit there waiting for someone……

On 23rd afternoon after reaching holy water , unfortunately I met with an accident, my ankle got swelled with pain. Next day I requested the hotel reception to arrange a car with a good driver who will show me the places and I booked it for 8 hours. The driver whose behaviour is not good at all has shown us only 3 jhulad and he dropped us at 4.45 pm in a place from where I……
