This property was not what was advertised. It was clean but that was pretty much the only thing that was good. And the air-conditioning worked well. The pool area was nice but there were broken chairs and not many. It had cracked and uneven pavement. The rooms were very old with worn and tarnished ...

Beautiful space, lovely people. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, and I had a hard time regulating the room temperature (too cold or too hot). But otherwise very happy, great location.

The pool at Borinquen is surrounded by trees and is set kind of in a valley and in the afternoons between 3-5 you could start to see the branches moving on the trees and all of a sudden, you would start to see monkeys swinging from branch to branch. Mama monkeys carrying their baby monkeys, monkeys ...
