The 172 feet of lakefront is nestled into a calm and quiet (but not stagnant) cove that is utilized only by residents of the cove. The 3 Bedrooms are set up like suites (perfect to hold a full family), each with their own bathroom (each bedroom has a full or queen platform bed PLUS a twin over full bunk bed). There is an additional full bathroom in the unfinished basement. The sunroom also serves as a potential additional bedroom and also has a brand new daybed with trundle pull out. Each room has a Flatscreen TV and the home is equipped with Time Warner Internet. Verizon Wireless service exists within the immediate area of the house. Conveniences include a washer and dryer on the main floor. There is NO smoking permitted inside of the home. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets of any kind due to homeowner allergies.
