“Great central location. Lobby looks nice and plenty of seating. Reception and cleaners staff very friendly and helpful. Bathroom could do with an upgrade but does the job. Had a leak in the bathroom on my trip and the reception team sent someone up to fix it quickly - very appreciated.”

“The service is very good! It's clean and newly decorated. I will come back again next time! The hotel also provides luggage storage, which only costs 1 US dollar per piece, which is very good!”

“We stayed in Room 408 for three nights. The bed linens were nice, and the room was cozy, as expected. However, the bathroom was so small it was difficult to turn around in, and the water pressure was poor. It was also hard to adjust the water temperature. “地理位置优越 离地铁站非常近 去哪里都很方便 附近还有很多美食 药店 咖啡店等等 下次还会来！”

“The room is very clean and tidy. It is a two double bed room and spacious compared the ones in New York. Just less than 5 minutes from the closest subway but the nearby environment noisy.”

“Waiting for elevators took ages. Asked for house keeping at 8am, no one came to clean when I went back at 2:30 pm. Had to go down to concierge to ask for housekeeping as the call to concierge was on hold for more than 5 minutes. The concierge staff called house keeping in front of me and gave me a dirty look saying loudly to the housekeeper that the customer is complaining.”

“The location of this hotel is great. Transportation and eatery are just around the corner. The front desk staff could have a little smile facing guests. After checking in, lots of guests waiting for the small elevator for a bit too long. The room is small but clean. NYC is so so hot now, no complimentary bottled water is a downer.”

“飯店周圍有許多花店，環境很好，隔音也不錯 有附很簡單的早餐 缺點是房間打掃速度很慢，常常到下午五點還沒有打掃好 寄放行李要收費”
