“This property was not clean. Check in was very challenging the front door was broken. The bed wasn’t made, had to wait to get bedding until 10 pm our feet were black from the dirt on the floor. ”

“公寓式，有独立的小厨房和微波炉等，可以自己做饭，还有烧水壶，大冬天的可以烧点热水喝，很不错。离火车站步行大概15分钟。唯一让人不爽的是只能在下午4点以后check in，下午3点半到达，明明人就在办公室的不给办理入住，只能在雨中等了半个多小时”

“Lovely accommodation in a great setting. The room I had was on the ground floor adjacent to the door in and out. It was very noisy as a result which reduced the quality of the stay.”

“The apartment had a smell of cigarettes and as non smokers it was terrible to have to endure during our stay, the cleanliness is poor too the walls are dirty, the curtains look like they haven’t been washed in a while, the bed sheets have stains on them and honestly this apartment looked nothing like the picture, the upside of this entire apartment is that the city is just a 2 minute walk away but that’s it.”

“Ik heb een fijne tijd gehad in het appartement, Een suggestie zou zijn om de toeristenbelasting via creditcard te laten betalen, Het zou ook leuk zijn als er een televisie aanwezig was, dat zou het verblijf nog aangenamer maken, Daarnaast zouden rolgordijnen op de twee dakramen aan de voorkant een goede aanvulling zijn, vooral voor degene die op de benedenverdieping slaapt, omdat het vroeg licht wordt, De ruimte was goed ingericht, met alle benodigde faciliteiten, De locatie is ideaal, dichtbij……

Sin embargo, resulta inaceptable que, habiendo reservado y pagado para cuatro personas, únicamente se proporcionara ropa de cama y toallas para dos. Más grave aún es la ausencia total de asistencia por parte del anfitrión, que no atendió la solicitud de ayuda ni respondió a los mensajes enviados por WhatsApp.”

“My first booking listing didn’t mention stairs and my luggage was too big to go up the skinny windy stairs. So thankfully they found me another apartment near by. However it was not up to the same standard as what I originally booked. It also had no air conditioner and no fan. It was boiling hot on the top floor with no breeze getting through the window- on a 21 degree day. I am very grateful they found me different accommodation, it was a nice stay beside the heat up there. Thanks”
