“The property was very spacious and well equipped, so we were able to cook for ourselves. The rooms are really comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed our stay ”

“Great location and place for family. Our little girls had a great time. Playground was amazing addition to our trip and they enjoyed it very much. Lot's of things to do in surrounding areas with children, so would definitely recommend this place. The only downside for us was missing some comfy outdoor chairs and big pot in a kitchen. Other than that, very happy 😊”

“Excellent environment, helpful staff and really enjoyable”

“Stayed in suite 2. Communication prior to stay was good re parking and check in which was as advised. Only slight issue was getting info suite which had very stiff front door. Lovely apartment , very clean on arrival with complimentary beer , prosecco and soft drinks. Information provided in apartment advised it would be serviced following day. Jacuzzi worked once we got the hang of it.TV kept pixeling but got better. Comfortable bed and furnishings. Stayed Friday and Saturday night, got back……

“Perfect break. We were happy with everything. The room was very good, clean and comfortable and exceeded our expectations. We didn't eat at the hotel as we were meeting friends so cannot comment on the food. The location was perfect for us as it was on the sea front”

“The overall experience was not good Heating took ages to reach a reasonable level All the seats were really hard The single bed was not proper size The gas cooking was hit and miss some nobs missing The main mattress was like a trampoline The windows let in drafts Access was terrible no path to caravan Water only ever reached tepid Shower was hot then cold not a good experience Do not recommend this unless you are a hardy person Not worth the money for ”

“The host is on hand and helpful, advised us of great local walks, which we would have been unaware of. An immaculately clean and comfortable property. Our dog was welcome. Great to see the local wildlife - bats flying around in the evenings, in addition to birds and the hosts own sheep at the bottom of the enclosed garden. The only slight negative comment is that we found the WiFi was slow. Would definitely choose to stay here again.”

“City Studios is offering a place to stay with the convenience of self catering. The room was clean, the kitchen well equipped and I had plenty of space for my stuff. The check in is different to what I was told. They do not use the app anymore, just head into reception. My door to the room was a challenge - it didn’t close easily. Maybe something to look at. I didn’t like that I couldn’t watch normal live TV, but I enjoyed the Christmas movie channel. 😂 Overall a sufficient place for rest,……

“Great accommodation a short walk from the train station and town centre in Preston. It had a homely feel and felt private, with a good level of cleanliness. It was easy to contact the host, who clearly cared about us having a good stay. Would return!”
