“We were disappointed and frustrated by the communication of the host. We were not told that our reservation was not valid until we were at the front door waiting to check in. We believe there were multiple opportunities to communicate that they needed to cancel our reservation instead of waiting until we were at the location. We paid in full weeks prior to arrival and we did get a refund but the inconvenience was frustrating and we had to find another place to stay last minute. ”

“just next to kings cross station and st pancras. Super conveninent with lots of foodstores nearby. Despite a small entrance, the hotel itself is really spacious. Very new and clean. Rooms are a bit dark. But overall it is really good. Love the pantry where u can serve yourself, from milk, snacks, to cake, coffee, newspaper and magazine.”
