“Three of us stayed at this amazing hidden gem for a friendship get away reunion. 9 of us in total, and hands down we had the best accommodations by a country mile. The cottage spotless, impeccably decorated, and thoughtfully appointed with everything from toiletries, water, snack, beach towels, etc. The beds were super comfortable and it was so conveniently located. We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants, and the Hampton Casino where we went to a concert. We would absolutely return……

“I had a great stay at this cozy little inn. The host was great to communicate with and the room was perfect! I was up visiting family and this was the perfect place to relax and spend some time near the ocean! It was quiet and I loved the parking, as I had my big ol farm truck with me. The room was clean and they had little snacks that came in handy! The bed was comfy and had a little fridge and a microwave. It is just steps from Hampton Beach and up the road from the strip, but close to all……

“Great to be 10 mins walking distance to center of the town with allotted parking. Pleasant stay.”

“A wonderful property - quiet and serene with a large fenced backyard. House is well maintained and near kittery and portsmouth. Only problem is the front door lock. It needs immediate replacing. My wife was inside and noticed that the locking mechanism would not turn even though the proper code was entered. The hidey key worked but was still difficult to use.”
