“We had a small bachelorette trip and it was the perfect location. Just right up one flight of stair and a quick walk across the parking lot to the beach. It was very safe and everything was as described. Check in and out was very easy. I also slept on the pullout sofa and it was one of the most comfortable pullout sofas I’ve slept on. It was a great stay for us.”

“Great for families. A playground with sand right next to the tennis courts, and the beach is a 5 min walk away. We brought scooters for the kids, which was perfect. Fully stocked with everything you may need. Would definitely stay again!”

“This villa is really Nice decorated and comfortable. For the rental price, we would have appreciated beach towels available, as well as a basic kitchen kit (salt and pepper). One of the bedrooms is really noisy du to the AC close by. ”

“The unite was very nice and well stocked with towels and bedding. The only thing we found that needs attention was the air ducts need to be cleaned some had mold on them and the one in master bed room was not working. But over all a very nice stay will most definably use you again.”

“It was a nice place with a good pool and a nice beach. I was a little disappointed that the dishwasher was broken during our stay. With our family of five, it was a pain to do the dishes by hand. The beds were very comfy and the shower was nice. I also liked being able to easily walk to IOP. My only other wish was for more beach stuff available in the condo for the kids to play with. “We stayed at Coastal Cottage in order to attend a wedding in Charleston. Worked out great. Short drive to Charleston. Mt. Pleasant was a nice area with lots of restaurants. Home was very clean and nicely furnished.”

“Susan and Charlie were amazing hosts! We came for the Highwater Music festival and this property was a great sanctuary away from the crowds. So clean and comfy. They even had beautiful fresh flowers waiting for us. The pool was lovely and the view of the marsh was so nice. And we loved the doggies and kitties! Thank you for a great stay!”

“The unit was very clean and well-appointed. Having a golf cart to use was fun! However, I would not rent this unit again. I assumed the view was of the golf course, but it looked out on the dumpsters in the clubhouse lot and the street. Our daughter did not sleep well in the loft. It was very bright with the skylight and she heard every noise from the kitchen and living area. There was no pool to use and the beach was a far walk or drive in the golf cart.
