“Pour le prix des chambres je m’attendais à mieux.
Après une arrivée un peu froide où on ne retrouvait pas les réservations et surtout j’avais bien signalé 5 personnes dont 2 enfants, et l’accueil a dit qu’il n’avait absolument pas cette info. D’où discussion sur comment vont dormir les enfants: un matelas a été rajouté au prix de 20..000fcfa.
Pourquoi lors de la réservation sur hôtel.com cette info n’est pas fournie.
Sinon, le personnel du restaurant, du bar ont été très aimable et au départ……

“Amazing ambience. Very helpful staff. Beautiful place. Very secure. Generous portions of food. I enjoyed my stay there. My only issue is if you have OCD like me you will probably want your breakfast covered to avoid exposure to flies. The rooms are amazing and house cleaning should be supervised to ensure they actually thoroughly clean and scrub the place. They can also look into switching up the breakfast menu otherwise i highly recommend Dianne and her great team. Made our stay worth it !”
