“Cute little area, close to downtown. Parking is close - do not risk parking on the road!”

“I was offered a different place on the day of my check-in. The unit I booked was on the 2nd floor, but the unit I received was on the fourth floor. The issues: This is next to a Railroad track and the trains during the night blow their whistles. At least 4 times after 10 pm and during the night. The AC system is not working, there is an AC unit full of dust by the window and a floor fan, which I ended up using. There's a lot of dust and dirt by the floors near the windows. Toilet bowl was……

“I wasn't all that impressed with the cleanliness of the room when I arrived but our host was gracious and eager to make things right away. Best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Will come back!”

“It was spacious and the kitchen supplied us with dishes and coffee. It was neat and clean.”

“Long story short, don't waste your money. The unit smelled of smoke and was dirty when I arrived. I looked closer and noticed the place wasn't even clean one bit. The bathrooms were dirty and gross; I could tell it hadn't been touched because the sinks had hair and grime in them, as did the showers. There were only 2 body towels per room when I signed up for 6 guests. No clean dishes; the hand soap was watered down and damn near out of soap in each bathroom and the kitchen! The host did……

“Where to even start! Lori has obviously had experience with what travers need! We flew in, and were in the area for our son’s wedding. Fresh farm eggs, and more snacks and condiments, and fresh rolls, etc. we were not able to enjoy even half the yummy things her kitchen was packed with. And the farm and animals were obviously well kept and happy. I will have to find a reason to go back. I would give it a 200 out of 100 if I could! Just go sit in the peace, and watch the chickens. Thank for……

“Property is a duplex, not a single residence. The pictures online are not an accurate representation of the property.”

“The pros were that the property and building were quiet, check in and out was easy, and everything worked (TV, fridge, etc). However the unit itself felt somewhat dingy/dirty, particularly the floors. The washing machine had a musty/mildew smell but luckily we were not trying to wash anything as we were only spending one night. The most egregious offenses in my opinion were: 1. We were only given 1 washcloth and 2 bath towels. Again luckily we were only there one night, but this would have……

“Great home! Fit our needs perfect, and close to everything.”

“This was a really nice and spacious loft/apartment! We stayed two nights. We loved the apartment! The owners Dallas and Mari are great! They are responsive and communicate everything you need to know about the apartment, door entries, neighborhood, and how to contact them if needed. We did have some difficulty getting into the apartment, and Mari was responsive and quick to handle the minor issue.Overall: The apartment is spacious for a two bedroom and very quiet. The master bedroom was large……

“Great communication with the host, house was impeccably clean when we checked in. Check in and out were a breeze, would definitely recommend.”

“This house was perfect for our family! Very spacious and the retro vibe was a really fun touch!”

“Great location, easy access, nice, clean and affordable. Could have used a bit more instruction on check out (ie where to leave the key). Other than that - no complaints!”

“Loved the tiger theme. This bungalow was conveniently located in an historic neighborhood, only 16-20 minutes from the state fair. I wish my sister had come with her dog because the place was well-adapted for traveling pups!”

“Nice house, Good location and plenty of rooms for a family of 6!”

“Great place! I would recommend fixing the bathroom door which gets stuck at times. Also could use upgraded towels. Otherwise it was perfect!”
