“Overall stay was good. My husband and i needed a place to stay with our dogs for 1 night. The proximity to downtown was great which was very convenient. The house is an older duplex similar to an old shotgun house. Everything was clean and as photographed in the listing. Its just got the necessities. Bed was comfy. Minimal furniture and tables but everything was in good working order. Tv's both worked as well as AC. It is in an older neighborhood that wasnt the best but sure wasn't the……

“Excellent! The place was very clean and comfortable. It’s in a great location (and a 3 minute drive to my daughter’s place). Also, the size is perfect for a couple. Although the didn’t cook, all dishes needed were available to do so. The washer and dryer work well and the shower is great! We will definitely book again if needed.”

“The place looks just like the photos. We had a couple issues and reached out to the property manager and he responded quickly and very willingly ready to fix them. The area is great nice and quiet we traveled with our 15 year old son and had plenty of room for the 3 of us. Not to far from restaurants and things to do. Parking was great so close to the house easy for unpacking and packing the car. Definitely would stay here again. ”
