“Friendly responsive host. Kitchen area needs some paper towels plastic ware etc.”

“Clean room, Kevin answered all questions”

“Absolutely wonderful stay at this property. Everything about it was spotless and meticulously thought through. It is a fantastic value for the area. I will definitely stay here again in the future.”

“The lake is stunning! Beautiful..The cottage is def rustic and old but the owners did a good job updating it to feel more modern. There was no blow dryer in the bathroom and the kitchen could have had foil, plastic wrap etc. We bought our own and a sponge for washing pots and pans. There was a washer and dryer which was great. The outside area and fire pit could have been cleaned up a bit..wished they trimmed some weeds and cleaned out the fire pit. There was a gas BBQ but it was alittle……

“Property was very clean with new appliances and very comfortable with mini split systems in each room. Comfortable beds and linens. Check in and checkout was easy & flexible. The location was perfect - very close to sandy ponds! Plenty of room for our family of 4 but could easily accommodate 6. We will be back at this rental.”

“The location was convenient for visiting Syracuse, and the large fenced yard was a great feature for traveling with my dog. However, several issues affected my stay. I had to contact the host twice before receiving the check-in instructions, which added unnecessary stress on the day of arrival. The cleanliness was disappointing considering the 120 cleaning fee. The walls, doors, and baseboards were visibly dirty, and there were numerous dead bugs inside the home. I photographed the condition and……

“Very nice property”

“Overall this location was phenomenal, every person agreed it was a great place to stay, location was perfect, the surrounding was gorgeous and super close to several fishing spots. The house had everything from pans, pots, utensils, spices, coffee, Blankets, Pillows, EVERYTHING!!!So why not a perfect score? The pictures and descriptions need to be updated. The pictures were taken so you don't know the full layout, that there is a very short roof on one side so if you are taller than 5'3, you……

“The owner checked in with us several times to make sure everything was to our liking and comfort. Will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thank you!”

“Had a very nice stay. Property as described”

“My family and I wanted a quick getaway from the city and this house was the prefect spot. We loved the space, check in was easy and the instructions were very clear. We would love to come back !”

“The host was so responsive and welcoming. He was quick to reply to my messages and the space was exactly as pictured. Thank you for allowing us in your space.”

“The Boathouse is literally on the water with all of the amenities you need to take in the pond and nature. It is a quiet and serene area. My only recommendation is load up with beer, wine and food before arriving. You won’t want to leave and there isn’t much food in area.”

“'On business trip lasting two nights relaxed thanks to peaceful room featuring blackout curtains helping ensure restful sleep after late flights arrived.' Prompt check-ins sped process so no delays happened either.”

“Don’t book this, you will regret it. I had to leave after 1 hour of being there. The room was disgusting and the bathtub looked like it had never been cleared. I could stomach staying there not a minute later! Save your money!”

“Beautiful place highly recommend”

“They advertised a pool that doesn’t exist despite it being in the photos. Do not book this place if you’re expecting a pool. They admitted fault and said they’d give us a $50 refund, but not a full refund - despite there being nowhere else to stay at short notice, and others having complained about this for over a year. Terrible and misleading”
