“I would recommend one improvement. The tv in the bedroom should be on a wall mount for easier viewing as the seating in front blocks the bottom portion of the TV. It also would allow the AC to operate more efficiently as the tv is right in front of the unit.Sorry, you asked.”

“Very attentive owners very roomy nice location enjoyable stay in Superior, WI thank you !”

“Yes. Here’s a polished version for an Expedia review. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home on Common Avenue. Check-in and check-out were very easy and smooth. Communication with the hosts, Taylor and Madison, was excellent. Their instructions were clear, detailed, and very easy to follow, which made everything simple and stress-free. The home was exactly as described online. Everything was clean, neat, comfortable, and well maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt very……

“The property was clean and guest ready! Perfectly located in an area of town close to restaurants and activities. We really enjoyed the theme in the house. The enchanted forest had us looking everyday for new decorations in every corner. We had to go to Duluth for the marathon and it was super easy right over the bridge. All a great experience !!!”

“Comfortable and clean. Location was near to attractions we wanted see and places for dinner. Be aware of steps to get to upstairs lodging. Ice in refrigerator was great fir refilling cooler.”

“Cute house across the bridge from Duluth. Perfect for our mountain biking trip. We appreciated the central air and comfy bed after a hot day of riding, and the garage was a nice bonus for safely storing our bikes. While we didn't use it, the kitchen was well-appointed. Lots of nice touches here and there. Great base camp for 1-2 couples or a small family!”

“The house was clean and communication was wonderful. We had a small issue with the dishwasher and it was fixed within a couple hours! As others said, the house is old and there was a slight musty. Overall, the house worked well for us and the proximity to Duluth was nice.”

“Check in and communication was good. Good location to be near to many points of interest and activities. Property description should have been updated to reflect details of AC and status of garage. The AC was 1 window unit in 1 bedroom upstairs. It was not sufficient to keep sleeping area cool, even with the property supplied fans. The downstairs was completely un-air conditioned. This may not have been an issue other times of the year but it was exceptionally hot during our stay, and that is……

“It’s a rustic cozy house with a Grandmas place vibe. We enjoyed the fenced in backyard with the hot tub and fire pit. The kids enjoyed the game room amenities as well. Pictures are perfect, and this place is well kept in similar fashion. Everything was as expected and the price point was the best point!”

“The communication and check in process was fantastic. The house was very spacious in a lovely neighborhood!”

“We had a group of 12—3 couples, each with 2 adult children. It was a family reunion of sorts. The space was clean and well-stocked. The floor plan allowed for lots of socializing upstairs, with serious card games on the dining room table. The basement was the perfect hangout for the twenty-somethings. We cooked every evening meal in the house, and the kitchen had all the utensils and cooking supplies we needed. We grilled burgers and brats on the deck one night - delicious!! On this trip, we did……
