“We stayed in the Ambassador suite which was perfect for our family of four. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, including the two queen size sofa beds. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Our twins have complex additional support needs and staff went out of their way to ensure everything went smoothly for them.
