The room was great size. Spacious cleanbeds very comfy abd staff lovely..location was handy close to the highway indiam hills college and down town 6min drive away.. the breakfast was great.. coffee always hot. Exceptional value

Amenities were overall very accommodating. Truly enjoyed the kitchen and all of its extra snacks and the sodas and waters in the fridge. There are a couple kitchen/ dining room chairs that need mending (loose bolts underneath). Also the toilet downstairs was wobbly. But did truly enjoy our stay!
