“This property was extremely disappointing and honestly unsafe in several areas. The decks around the property had large sections of missing and peeling paint, making them look neglected and poorly maintained. The backyard was even worse — there was a huge pile of lumber left sitting out with nails sticking out everywhere, which is a serious hazard for both adults and children.To make matters worse, there was a strong raw sewage smell throughout the backyard, especially near the turkey mound……
