“Staffs are the best of this staying experience. Hotel condition certainly will benefit from proper update but room prices are reasonable. Parking spacing if done properly would certainly avoid people parking in two spaces. Many large bugs are found in room but have to give up changing room after the second room as they didn’t have another one for us to change to.”

“We spent one night at this hotel in early September. It was busy - the desk clerk assisted me in checking in instead of using the self-help kiosk. He was so much faster than my ability to fumble on the kiosk screen. The room was clean, spacious for two and worth the spend for the night. Parking is in the back of the hotel on a private lot - there is no rear door from the lobby with direct access to the lot so you must walk around to the rear of the building to get between the parking lot and……

“Pretty good in location (near the river), accommodation, and breakfirst service! You can reach the most main scenes of Heidelberg by walk in 10 mins. Bus stop is just near the hotel, you can reach the hotel by bus from Heidelberg main station.”
