“Overall, our stay in the hotel has been quaint and relaxing. It’s surprising that there was free coffee in the lobby for people living in there. The room was pretty big and the view was great with a canal and trees. The environment around the hotel was safe. Despite the fact that the washroom and the bathroom were separate, it was brilliant that they have provided enough towels and shower gels. The island in the living room was convenient for cooking as well. ”

Self check-in facile e comodissimo.

“Good experience: Located by a canal in a quiet residential area but within 20 minutes walk to city centre with lots of nice restaurants, bars and shops. A bar/restaurant downstairs at the corner serves good food and drinks, good vibe. Apartment is spacious, clean, with most essentials like water boiler, dish washer, cooking accessories....etc. Bathroom fittings and appliances require fixing and maintenance though. Bad experience: Very poor check-in communication - meaning, no check-in help.……

"The hotel is pets friendly which we didn't know until we get there. So when we first got into our room, there was a strange odor which wasn't strong but exists. Took us a day to figure out it might be from pet odor. It is carpet flooring afterall. But the view is spectacular and I love the convenience of it closely adjacent to the Amsterdam central station. Breakfast has a great variety of food and fruits which is wonderful for a good morning start. Staffs are friendly, but it might be cultural differences--they tend to only focus on THE person they are servicing with, and let the next person wait without acknowledging them they are aware of them waiting-- which I thought was quite interesting. Overall good, but since it is in the city center and the room are rather small and not enough storage if you have two big luggages and carry-ons. Will definitely come back again but surely ask for a none-pet friendly room if there is one."
