“Apartment was exactly as described, great location and host was super responsive. Beds were comfy, plenty of storage space, all towels and amenities as expected. We were very comfortable with the portable heaters (trip taken in November) and appreciated the 24hr doorman. Neighborhood was amazing, an easy walk to parks and restaurants. Check in for all guests had to be with the host so when the second half of our group arrived, there was a small delay while we had to coordinate with the host....

The water filter worked well and the hot water was plentiful for showers. The available parking listed in the amenities is actually just street parking. ”

“We stayed here for the Formula 1 race. It was ok, however with many annoyances: host was slow and unresponsive in confirming check in details, the building issues you an access card but the card only works for the elevator: for any door, you have to stand there and look like an idiot until someone else scans you through, beds were very hard, apartment door automatically locks after about 3 seconds which isn’t long enough to open the door, walk out, and close the door, and there is construction...

“Overall, I recommend staying here. The place is clean and well located. Roma Norte is a lovely neighborhood. There a several places to buy groceries, some great restaurants and an abundance of cafés. The apartment is on the first floor, and although it was spacious and had a small veranda, there was little natural light. It didn’t matter to us, as we were out all day enjoying the city. The veranda is also indoors, with a skylight 4 stories up. The apartments above us had windows and walkways...
