“We had a great stay at the Royal Villa in the Heart of Munich! Susi was a great host and made us feel very welcome. The house was spacious and comfortable. The location was quiet and we easily navigated the transit system. It was a lovey home and I would recommend it.”

“Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man braucht, und obwohl unser Aufenthalt von Dauerregen geprägt war, hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Gegend ist traumhaft und ruhig, die Terrasse mit Grill lädt dazu ein, jeden Abend draußen ausklingen zu lassen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr unkompliziert, freundlich und zuvorkommend, sowohl beim Kennenlerntelefonat als auch vor Ort. Sie scheinen immer Zeit zu haben, haben uns sogar angeboten, uns abends in eine Wirtschaft im Nachbarort und zurück zu fahren, so dass……

“Nachdem wir nach nur 3 Tagen diesen Ort fluchtartig verlassen haben und nun feststellen, dass tatsächlich für den Sommer 2024 Menschen dort gebucht haben, möchten wir doch noch eine Rezension verfassen... vielleicht hilft es den nächsten "Opfern" dabei, ihre Entscheidung noch zu überdenken. Das Objekt ist in einem vollkommen verwahrlosten Zustand, auf dem Grundstück und in den weit offen stehenden Nebengebäude befinden sich etliche Müllsammlungen, teilweise als Brandrückstände. Das Wohngebäude……

“Great place and location in old town Dachau. It would be a 10 if had descent mattresses, pillows, and parking. If these are not a priority then definitely a 10 for price/qaulity. ”

“The hotel location is just fine - there is a REWE next to the house, several bakeries and restaurants, the Garching U-Bahn is just in a minute distance... There is no elevator so one needs to carry the luggage upstairs (one floor).”

“The mattress was not confortable at all and the sleeping bag was not clean. Put music too strong at 08h00 the morning can't let me sleep. Paid 213€ for 3 nights, you've could make real coffee and not instant coffee. Not a good experience sorry”
