“We would stay here again. The place was pleasant and as described. The hosts were very responsive.”

“Nice clean unique little cabin in a small resort. The “lake” however was a small man made pond half empty. No one was using it. We didn’t go there for that, but it would be an issue if you expected to swim. Prompt response to messages. Good price.”

“Great little home for a stay in Luverne for a wedding. Cute charm and great renters.”

“This was a decent cabin, but guests had mixed feelings about the accessibility and comfort of the place. The senior women in our party were uncomfortable with descending the stairs from the 2nd floor and wished there had been railings on both sides for safety. They opted to sleep downstairs but did not end up folding out the couches because they weren't clean inside. A few other issues of note: the lack of bedside tables and lamps in the bedrooms - there were no good places to put things (which……

“Everything was good. Might want to trim back the trees in the driveway. Hard for passenger to get out without running into them.”

“The one thing that raised a concern was what to do before leaving. According to vrbo and Expedia there were 4 things. The book in the house had check out with clearer steps and what to doos”

“I only stayed one night so didn't get to enjoy the great location of this place. So convenient and easy to get to, get in and check out. I am in the area periodically and will definitely look into staying here again. Thank you!”

“This property is located in a desirable and quiet neighborhood. The home is clean, updated, and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the bed options by providing one bedroom with a softer mattress and one bedroom with a firmer mattress. The modern light/fan fixtures in the bedrooms move air perfectly while you sleep. The beautiful fireplace insert was beautiful and calming (doubling as a gentle nightlight). We stayed long enough to utilize the dressers and closets during our stay, although……

“I've now stayed at two homes owned by this person. Both have been excellent experiences. Clean, all the amenities plus special touches like welcome snacks that I didn't expect. This little house is cozy and perfect for a single out couple.”

“Had a bad stay. Good--apartment was clean and nice, pet friendlyBad---It is a duplex and the entry smelled strongly of dog. My car was parked on the road in front of it (where they said) and it got robbed during the night. They refused to reimburse me for the 2nd night even though I had to get a hotel because my daughter was terrified to stay there. There is a camera looking out the door towards the street and they have not given me the footage.”

“This is an old home so the floors were not new. The washer and dryer are in the basement with steep stairs. If you are ok with those few things then you’ll enjoy your stay. It is well stocked with all your needs, has a comfortable bed and a fenced back yard if you have dogs. Nicely furnished and decorated!”

“Very quiet neighborhood, very clean home, well appointed kitchen!”
