This 2nd back from ocean front studio was completely renovated with all new modern furniture and decor, designer lighting and new flooring throughout. Other amenities include a 50” smart TV in the living room, a queen size bed with a Westin “Heavenly Mattress”, high-quality linens, and a full kitchenette. Our balcony boasts an outstanding view of the ocean which is only steps from your door. Beach chairs are provided for your convenience.

The villa is located in Seaside, an ocean front complex in the heart of Hilton Head main beach. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza which has several restaurants, shops and entertainment. We are walking distance to Tiki Hut and there are bike rentals across the street if you would like to explore more of the island.

We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you. We offer initial grocery shopping that will be set up for you upon arrival for a fee of $35. We can also leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.
