Very well maintained and great facilities, reception girls were just there to make guests feel comfortable as home, thank you Michelle and Ursula. Will definitely return again. ”

“Tudo perfeito! Um dos melhores cafés da manhã que já tomei em um hotel. Vista do quarto maravilhosa. Tivemos um episódio desagradável: um funcionário no café da manhã foi muito rude com a gente. Quando chegamos no café, não havia ninguém. Escolhemos uma mesa e quando o funcionário nos viu, foi bem grosseiro dizendo que as mesas eram nominais e que não podíamos sentar em qualquer uma. Não tinha como sabermos dessa informação, pois quando chegamos ao café ninguém foi nos recepcionar.”

“Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in unserem Appartment. Der Service vor Ort war sehr gut. Vor allem der tägliche Brötchenservice hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Anlage, der Pool und das Appartment waren immer sauber und gepflegt. Am Besten hat uns der Blick in die Berge vom Balkon aus gefallen. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.”

“It is a little confusing on how to get to the hotel since it is in restricted car area, but the hotel is conveniently located within a couple of blocks of the main shopping area. Parking is available at an extra charge. There is a great trail right above the hotel. The owners are there to make sure that your stay is enjoyable and served a wonderful breakfast. You can ask for eggs cooked however you want them in addition to the continental breakfast. I highly recommend this beautiful……

La reception funziona fino alle 13, dopo tale orario, il check in, deve essere fatto in modo autonomo, seguendo le indicazioni inviate via mail e via messaggio dalla struttura. L’accesso è semplice e di facile fruizione. La “suite” è ampia, molto ben arredata, completa di quasi tutto il necessario, ho trovato la mancanza di ciabattine ed un phon di mediocre qualità, peer il resto tutto estremamente funzionale,……

“Sehr gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Am Abend handelt es sich jeweils um ein Gourmet- und ein veganes Menu, was miteinander kombiniert werden kann. Auf Nahrungsunverträglichkeiten (bspw. Laktose) wird stets Rücksicht genommen. Das Frühstück ist äusserst reichhaltig, lecker und abwechslungsreich! SPA Bereich top mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf die Berge. ”

“與水方面的設施非常多 , 水質乾淨 設施乾淨 , 新穎 飯店結合當地居民的游泳中心 , 所以整體面積相當大 運動中心明亮,造景充滿著綠意與陽光 而上述的這些設施相關工作人員都很友善也風趣 飯店住宿還附有早餐與晚餐 , 特別晚餐的內容相當豐富 以食物內容來說 認為有米其林2星的水準 可以感到烹調是相當用心 , 不會因為是附在房價裡面而比較單薄隨意 早餐新鮮 , 隨意入座 , 氣氛 好 內容該有的都有了 周圍的小市鎮夜間漫步相當舒服 停車相當方便 飯店附有自己的停車場 唯一的缺點 , 可惜之處 是飯店Check-In 櫃檯人員的熱情度低落 , 也並不會主動協助你卸下行李 或 提入房間 一進入飯店的當下會有一種沒頭緒的感覺 除此之外都非常美好 , 若經過或前來此區 相當推薦 ”
