“Clean room, new bathroom, new fire doors. Extremely good value for money”

“Be careful staying here. The location is great, but the room is not very good at all, the mattress is very old, and you can see it is bending inwards in the middle a lot. Further more, the staff at the reception know the room has a toilet flushing tank problem, but still gives us this room. When we realize that the toilet is very hard to flush, and the water is not stopping, and you can hear the noise all the time. Then we ask the reception, the staff said he knows there is a problem, and there……

“Tolle Zentrale Lage, sehr Sauber, Frühstück ausreichend. Mitarbeitern etwas distanziert ganz besonders an der Rezeption aber nicht unhöflich. Wir haben für 4 Personen einen Familienzimmer gebucht und haben ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett bekommen, leider müßten 3 Personen in einem Doppelbett schlafen, haben aber auch nicht für ein Zustellbett gefragt und es wurde uns auch nichts angeboten, da wir nur zwei Tage das Hotel gebucht hatten. Würden das Hotel wieder buchen um……

“Absolutely loved our stay here. We stayed in the executive suite which was fantastic in every way. Only thing I can fault is that the room did not have an oven or microwave so unable to heat up any food except for using the hob and pan. 10/10”
