"Let me start by saying the room is very cute, amenities are nice, and it was a cozy spot to be. However, the process of picking up our key and dropping off our key has been such a pain. We don’t come from the direction of Salt Lake City so it added an additional 40 minutes to our trip just to pick up our key.
