“it is special standalone house with really nice river view.”

“Details as described. Beautiful place. All the kitchen amenities were so good and helpful to stay. Comfortable beds. Enough space for 4 people ”

“我們住地庫102號房，房間不是面向馬路，沒有任何汽車的嗓音，寧靜。”

“Beautiful views, good services and communication with. We had great time at the apartment, thank you!”

“Best accommodation I had in Iceland. Two bedroom with 2 bathroom, smart TV access in all room, superb view of akureyri town, easy access”

“Great place to stay! It’s clean and spacious, and the full kitchen has plenty of pots and pans. We made lamb and soup during our stay with no issues at all :)”

“Nice location within 5-10 minutes walking to Akureyri downtown. Ample street parking. The building exterior needs painting. The unit is updated with flooring, bathroom, and kitchens. However, it is a basement unit and the entrance to the unit is undesirable. You have to through a short side door and walking down into the basement.”

“Do not stay in these apartments. This review is for Apartment No 6 1) The hot water smelt of rotten eggs, which on investigation is linked to bacteria in the water tank. “Title is very accurate. We loved all the space we had which was different from other Icelandic properties for a party of 4. The host was very communicative and we had very detailed instructions. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!”

“L'endroit est vraiment bien situé pour les touristes.”

“Extremely comfortable. Every area feels spacious, and I really appreciated the furniture and interior styling. The very high ceiling, modern design and overall colour palette work beautifully together. The living room has huge floor-to-ceiling windows with a wide open view. Sitting there for dinner with a candle lit was incredibly relaxing. It gives you exactly that feeling of: this is what a home in Iceland should feel like. One major advantage of being in a geothermal area is having plenty of……

“Our stay was excellent. The house was immaculate upon arrival, check-in was simple, and the kitchen had salt, pepper, oil, and two bottles of wine. Instructions are provided to guide you through usage of the hot pool and radiant floor heating. We were in house 2, which had a fire pit as well. For those who want to grill, we noticed a propane grill in the utility room on our last day. This was an exceptional stay with a great view and very responsive host. If we can come back, we will.”

“房間不錯，只是需要找一下是哪一棟，會花一點點時間”

“The home was very clean and peaceful, with comfortable beds, a beautiful view of the valley, and everything we needed for our stay.”
