“We were 3 adults booked 1 room and on the check in we were giving a room with a bunk bed we are a couple and my aunt 72 years old so this type of accommodation was really awful. I went down the next morning and I found at the counter a young beatifull lady her name is Bhavana I exposed my concern that for my aunt the bunk bed is like climbing a mountain she listened to me very attentive and very polite she then told me "give me an hour or so and I see what I can do".
