“The room was well appointed, but the cleanliness of the room was not that great. I stayed for 3 nights. The previous occupants dropped candy under the cupboard and it was never cleaned. Plus, we has 2 evacuations in a 12 hour span. There was an electrical fire and then the next morning the fire alarm went off at 6am. 2 days in a row the elevators weren't working properly or at all. They need do do some major electrical work in my opinion. I did not feel very safe.”

“The hotel was perfect!! Not that far from Campus”

“It was a nice overnight stop. Clean & safe feeling. No frills, but no problems. No elevator...but only one flight of stairs.”

“It’s very good ”

“Cute and comfortable room with access to kitchenette. Great communication from host. Close to Erie canalway trail.”

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The service was excellent, and everything exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would happily come back again!”

“员工礼貌，早餐美味。”

“Very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of cooking supplies and even kid friendly plates!”

“Rolls-Royce, how would we go back again?”

“Property appears rundown. Carpets are badly stained. Baseboards are missing in some areas. Elevator makes a grinding noise every time it stops before door opens. Our room had a musty odor. Doorway had chipped paint. We had no hand soap in the bathroom. When we asked the desk manager for some, he said it hadn’t come in yet! He did , however, give us a bottle of liquid Dove hand soap which appeared to have been partly used. The buffet breakfast was good and properly tended.”

“Rooms were clean. Breakfast was as expected. They have space for a bar but it never opened. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Convenient to town.”

“Room is not very clean, I still can find some hair in bathroom. The water pressure is so low in bathroom. Air con is a little bit noisy. ”
