We live at the beach in Virginia and just love this week in August to get away to Topsail. Instead of renting a big house this year our family decided to rent separate condos, and it was the way to go for us. Alot of beach and pool time and visits to each other's condo. My daughters place wasnt nearly as nice as mine :). Big plus on the management of the Condos, they keep this place in tip top shape - grass is cut, pool is clean and the trash is picked up frequently. They run a tight ship and it shows. Don't put your towels over the railing or else. Anyway, our condo was beautifully decorated, with all the upgraded appliances, TVs and comfy bed and sofa pullout. This is easily the nicest surf condo we have stayed in. The unit was open and airy and had plenty of space. We liked the first floor location and the dedicated parking space under the building. The in unit washer/dryer was a huge plus as well. Other perks are the ease of access to the pool and you are close enough to hear the ocean (but not high enough to see the beach over the dunes). It had everything we needed plus. There was a small issue to begin with the television. A couple of texts to the owner and everything was right. She had such a quick response to our needs. The keyless entry made it very easy to get in and out, and all of the necessities were included. It was a short walk to the beach and very close to restaurants. We very much enjoyed our trip to Surf City. The condo was extremely nice and very clean. Very close hop to the pool, which was extremely nice. The beach was a very short walk from the condo.
