As you walk through the door of The Bailey you are instantly made to feel at home and relaxed. The living room features a huge L-shaped sofa, the well equipped kitchen is just the place for keen cooks, there is a downstairs bedroom and a stunning 4 poster on the first floor and a pretty garden to the rear, which is a suntrap. A gorgeous retreat in one of Norfolk’s most popular locations, with easy access to north Norfolk's stunning seashore and coastal villages.

The Bailey

We found that, being two people in their 70’s with mobility issues, the house was not as comfortable as we envisaged. The family bathroom upstairs had 2 deep steps down into it, so we did not use any of the first floor. The sofas were quite low in the lounge, and the downstairs shower cubicle was quite tight - the property is lovely and spacious, and it has a lovely sunny garden. It is a 15 minute walk into Holt town. If you don’t have mobility issues this property would be a comfortable base.
