"The property itself was fine. I didnt like that they left opened condiments and a water bottle in the refrigerator. Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is. "The ocean was not visible from our room, but the 11th fairway of the Kona Country Club was. We did visit the pool that was by the ocean and it was wonderful! We enjoyed the waves crashing on the rocks and spraying us with ocean spray. Every staff member was friendly, informed and helpful!"

"My family and I enjoyed ourselves at Holua, we went there to join a round-robin pickleball event. Richard that runs the facility there is AWESOME!!! We were in a unit that was near the pickleball courts which made it easy. Personnel that shuttled us from parking area to our unit and back was very nice. Enjoyed the pool right outside of our unit. I strongly recommend staying at Holua Resort. "

The owner had contacted me earlier with instructions and i replied to him that we had to cancel due to the medical emergency. I am waiting to see if i will get a refund from the owner as the cancellation was not in accordance to the cancellation guidelines. "
