“The upsides: The hotel is BEAUTIFUL - truly an escape in the mountains. The pool overlooks the river which was stunning!!! We stayed at the Colibri house - the space was clean and even though it didn't have AC, we really didn't need it bc there are plenty fans and the night isnt as hot.
The downsides: restaurant/bar closes really early and you also have to leave ready your order for brekkie the night before. The lady at reception wasn't very nice either. When we checked out we we moved to the……

“Fuimos un viernes, tuvimos que salir fuera del hotel en medio de un gran aguacero para encontrar algo de cenar .. no te ofrecen ni tasa con agua caliente para un té .. la chica dr la recepción muy agradable la pobre, pero sin recursos es horroroso el servicio ..
Por el las de las habitaciones limpia si, pero a dos mujeres una de ellas con 86 años, nos dieron una habitación en un segundo piso y no os ofrecieron ni subirnos la maleta.. Gracias a Dios fuimos con un caballero que hizo de soporte.……
