SAND - Please remove sand and shells from your legs and feet, from pockets, bathing suits and towels BEFORE entering the unit and showers. We ask that you shake all sand out outside the lobby.
NO SMOKING ($250-500 fine) - The Palms Waikiki is a 100% SMOKE FREE building, DO NOT smoke on property including in the unit or on Lanai.

Please note: If the power cord and/or charger block for the Wi-Fi modem is missing from your unit, a replacement fee of $120 plus applicable taxes will be charged to the guest.
We kindly remind you not to disconnect or remove the Wi-Fi modem power cord from the unit. Keeping all equipment in place ensures consistent and reliable internet service for all guests and owners.
CHECK OUT CLEANING - ALL Garbage should be removed and placed in the TRASH ROOM in parking floors, before departure. Failure to leave the unit tidy can result in a $60+ charge. This is our second home and we greatly appreciate it if you treat it like your own.
