“The keyless process was broken. I had to wait 30 minutes for the key. The woman who brought the key had instructions to stay in the house with us. I was shocked since I rented the entire house for my family. The woman sat in the kitchen as if she were part of the stay and the family. The house was not 100 percent clean and had an unpleasant smell. The air conditioning upstairs didn't work. The experience was very unpleasant since we couldn't attend the graduation due to the key delay and the……
