1 Bed/ 2 Bath condo
You'll love this updated, centrally located lakefront condo with gorgeous water views from every room!!! Relax and unwind while enjoying the beautiful views...from the couch, bed, or patio--you decide where! This condo features one bedroom with a king sized bed and new Serta sleeper mattress AND 2 full sized bathrooms which makes getting ready quickly a breeze. The guest bathroom is equipped with a walk in shower, while the master en suite bathroom features a deep tub/shower combo. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, basic cookware and utensils, coffee pot, and microwave. We also provide essential spices/seasonings, Folgers coffee, sugar, and powdered creamer. Also included is a brand new full sized washer and dryer in a separate laundry area. Free Wi-Fi, 2 ROKU equipped TVs, and Philo streaming TV w/60 channels is provided. With Oaklawn, many restaurants, and downtown Hot Springs within minutes, you're sure to enjoy yourself here!! The large swim dock is wonderful…tie a float up to it…lay back and relax…or just sit and enjoy the view and wildlife. There are also picnic tables just a few steps from the water so guests can have their meal “on the water”. The picnic tables are located down the boardwalk towards the bridge and are available for guest use.

***A boat slip can also be rented for $10 nightly. It is available on a first come, first serve basis. Notify the host if you would like to reserve the slip in addition to your condo reservation. ***

***Please be aware that the living room sofa is NOT a sleeper sofa and does NOT pull out into a bed. It is a full sized 3 cushion sofa that will sleep one person comfortably.***

***An electric twin sized blow up mattress is available upon request and can be left in the condo for use during your stay. Please let the owner know when booking if you will need this item.***

***Please be aware when booking that the annual Lake Hamilton drawdown starts on November 1, 2025. The water view is affected after this date and remains affected until the refill in March 2026. This property will still have a very nice water view. It will just be lower than usual.***

***Sunday thru Thursday night can be booked for one night. Friday and Saturday require a two night minimum reservation. Certain holidays may require a 3 night minimum reservation.***

Best kept secret!!!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay in this condo! It was myself, husband, and a teenager. The bed and the blow up mattress were extremely comfortable! The condo was super clean! It was right on the water! So beautiful! We enjoyed morning coffee on the patio and we got to watch the sunset on the dock! All of my questions were answered and everyone was so friendly. We will be back! Wish we could live there!!!! So amazing!!!!

We stayed during the eclipse weekend and despite lots of people being in the area, the property was very quiet and relaxing. It is on the water and it was great to wake up to that everyday. The property was very clean and cute. It was the perfect size for the 2 of us. We enjoyed our stay.

This was a sweet condo that was clean and decorated beautifully. Cozy and comfortable! The host was super sweet and provided more than most with shampoo, soaps, coffee, creamers, laundry supplies, and beach towels to borrow!! She thought of everything and we had a wonderful stay!

Hot Springs Getaway

This was a perfect size for us as a couple for a weekend getaway. We love that we can walk right out the back door and be on the lake. The property was small enough to be intimate yet large enough to have a family feel. The amenities in the condo were just perfect for us. We look forward to coming back to the same condo in the future.

Very clean property. Beautiful views. Lots of ducks. Bed is comfortable. 2 bathrooms! The electric grill is nice. All the basics were there throughout. Very responsive for questions.

Great place to stay.

Only complaint was the stairs to get to the condo on a lower level were steep with rough wood handrails. Older people like us had a little issue going up and down with suitcases. But that was our only complaint.

Our stay was very nice and had a absolutely beautiful patio view!My only complaint would be there was no lighting at the entrance, along with a huge hill that is extremely difficult and I feel dangerous to come onto the property. Also the railing was new and had untreated rails and we both got splinters trying to hold on the railing. My only other issue would be not getting andy prior notification of the constant construction starting at 7 AM! There were nails all over and

Great Place!

The condo was really nice as advertised and stocked well. The only issue we had is seeing the entrance especially after dark. Bigger, better reflectors would be helpful. This would be a suggestion for the property mgmt. But again, the Condo was excellent. 2 baths, full size new washer and dryer and the king bed was very comfy. Amy was helpful and prompt. Highly recommend!
