“The heating system was not working properly. One room was very very cold while other room was very hot . The unit may have been remodeled years ago but it had not been maintained. The dresser in the bedroom was falling apart and the kitchen draws were disgusting. There was dirt, crumbs, and partially used ketchup packages.
