Hotel poor service

Our package is included breakfast. When checkin we also mention we wil leave at 5:30 AM . And front deck stuff agree they will prepare breakfast to takeaway . But unfortunately…. Hotel didn’t prepare breakfast when we check it in the morning… Hotel.com Could you have look issue we loose breakfast due to Hotel mistake.

We stayed 1 night, booked 2 rooms. the staff has been very welcoming, smiling, nice. The price is very good for the service and quality. The rooms were very clean. The hotel is close to the beach. The area is also nice for a walk. We took dinner at the hotel"s restaurant, it was really excellent!! Thank you for the nice stay!

Stayed one night to catch an early morning flight the next day, staff on reception were very friendly and we received a welcome drink in reception whilst waiting which was s nice touch, the hotel has some construction work going on to put in a lift which when completed will be a bonus especially if you have luggage. The area around the hotel is nice, walkable with plenty of places to have a drink and eat. The hotel includes breakfast but we were leaving before 6am so the night receptionist gave us two takeaway breakfasts as we left which were delicious and phoned us a taxi. Would definitely stay there again if we were staying in hulhumale

Good transit rest

Very good price / quality ratio for short stay. Stayed a day on transit. Comfortable bed, shower worked. There is a lot of construction and somewhat limited services in the area, but noices did not bother. Overall, good match for my needs!

Hôtel à fuir !

Horrible! La TV ne fonctionne pas, la petite fenêtre donne directement sur le mur de l’immeuble voisin, je pouvais presque le toucher, sans compter sur l’odeur nauséabonde dehors, donc impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre. Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude durant notre séjour, malgré plusieurs demandes à la réception. La climatisation n’était pas réglable donc il faut choisir entre dormir avec la chaleur et la moiteur ou le bruit.

War zwei Nächte vor dem Rückflug hier. Dafür war es ok. Strand in der nähe viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Im Hotel und nebenan wird noch gebaut. Vor 9.00 und nach 17.00 war es ruhig. Kostenloses Zimmern Upgrade mit Balkon. Danke
